PREPARATION

Makes: a jar

A pesto that can accompany pasta, rice, vegetables, fish ..... it is not the ideas that are missing! I like to eat it just on fresh bread. This pesto is a real treat! All lies in the choice and quality of the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams of salad rocket
  • 3 cloves cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons pine nuts
  • 10 hazelnuts
  • 40 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 or 2 pinches Freshly ground pepper 5-peppercorn mix
  • 1 or 2 pinches Salt of Guerande
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice

METHOD

Peel and chop your cloves of garlic into the bowl of a blinder with roquette, pine nuts, hazelnuts. Mix a few seconds. Put this preparation in a salad bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. You just have to put the pesto in a jar that you close, then the fridge for 2 hours before consuming it. It is delicious with great taste!
