A pesto that can accompany pasta, rice, vegetables, fish ..... it is not the ideas that are missing! I like to eat it just on fresh bread. This pesto is a real treat! All lies in the choice and quality of the ingredients.
Peel and chop your cloves of garlic into the bowl of a blinder with roquette, pine nuts, hazelnuts. Mix a few seconds. Put this preparation in a salad bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. You just have to put the pesto in a jar that you close, then the fridge for 2 hours before consuming it. It is delicious with great taste!
